• Verification: All profiles are subject to verification before they are fully onboarded. Once verified, you may not update or change your submitted work or profile information unless otherwise specified.

• Account Creation: You are required to create an account to access the platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update this information as necessary.

3. User Responsibilities

• Profile Accuracy: You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information on your profile. While onboarding allows your profile to be verified, you acknowledge that only approved content can be shared on the Platform.

• Affiliate and Franchise Earnings: Affiliates and franchises are entitled to commissions based on the success of onboarding talents. Commission structures and payment terms are detailed in separate agreements provided to affiliates and franchises.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and website design, are owned by Moviefigs.com or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• User-Generated Content: By uploading content to the Platform, you grant Moviefigs.com a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute that content as part of the Platform’s services.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
